Read article →We connect biomarkers, scientific evidence and clinical practice so you can understand your body and make decisions that support your health today and in the future.
We connect laboratory results into a complete picture of your metabolic health.
We track changes over time to reveal direction, improvement or an early warning.
We rely on clinical and scientific data and assess their strength and relevance.
MLL-IBA connects data and computational models. Expert interpretation identifies the important relationships and priorities.
Biomarkers communicate with each other. Understanding their relationships reveals causes, not just consequences, and supports better decisions.
Explore biomarkersWe start with laboratory results and information from the health questionnaire.
We assess biomarkers in relation to each other, not only against reference ranges.
We look for metabolic patterns, deviations and areas that deserve attention.
The result is a clear overview and priorities for further decisions.
The goal is not to create another number. The goal is to name the priorities.
Randomised trials and meta-analyses with consistent results.
Quality observational studies pointing in a promising direction.
Laboratory and mechanistic studies explaining biological processes.
Integrated analysis of blood biomarkers in context.
First the data. Then the connections. Only then the decision.↗Above the average for your age group (50–59 years)
Your metabolic health is better than 68% of people in your age group.
Chronological age: 55 years
Improve insulin sensitivity and glucose stability.
Optimize the lipid profile and reduce cardiovascular risk.
Address vitamin D status according to individual context.
↗ Detailed recommendations are included in the final report.

Read article →Metabolic Longevity Lab is an expert educational and analytical project focused on metabolic health, laboratory results, prevention and healthy ageing.
Its goal is to help people understand their own results and see them in context — not merely as individual numbers labelled “within range” or “outside range”.
A laboratory result gains real meaning only in context. Its relationship with other biomarkers, changes over time, health status, medication, diet, movement and overall lifestyle all matter.
A glucose value alone, for example, may not adequately describe metabolic health. A clearer picture may emerge only when it is connected with insulin, HbA1c, triglycerides, waist circumference and other indicators.
A result within the reference range also does not automatically mean that the value is optimal for a person’s age, health status and other results.
We therefore do not assess biomarkers in isolation. We look for connections, evaluate their shared development and identify areas that deserve closer attention.
The project was founded by Peter Gregor, a certified nutrition advisor and author of AkoNestarnut.sk.
His long-term focus includes metabolic health, low-carb nutrition, intermittent fasting, laboratory biomarkers, prevention of chronic disease and the science of healthy ageing.
Metabolic Longevity Lab builds on this work through deeper interpretation of results, expert connections and practical prevention.
Together we will review your laboratory values, their connections and sensible next steps.
